In-App Deletion
Instant self-service deletion directly inside the Rehbar mobile app under Profile → Settings → Account Management.

Option to delete individual registered businesses, marketplace items, or submitted places without deleting your account.

1. How to Request Deletion
Via Rehbar Mobile App
- 1Open the Rehbar mobile app and log into your registered account.
- 2Tap the Drawer Menu (≡) and select Profile & Settings.
- 3Select Account Management and tap Delete Account.
- 4Confirm deletion to permanently wipe your user credentials and all associated listings.
Via Web Deletion Form
If you no longer have access to the mobile application or prefer online submission, fill out the official Web Deletion Request Form below or email us directly at:

You do not need to delete your entire account if you only want to remove specific published items. Rehbar provides individual deletion controls for each content type:
Registered Businesses
Go to Business Directory → My Businesses → Select Business → Tap Delete. This permanently removes your shop profile, logo, images, and contact numbers.
Marketplace Listings
Go to Marketplace → My Listings → Select Item → Tap Delete (or Mark as Sold). This removes product photos, prices, and seller phone details.
Submitted Places
Go to Essential Places → My Requests → Select Place → Tap Remove Request. This deletes your crowdsourced landmark contribution.
3. Deleted Data vs. Retention Period
Data Permanently Erased
- •User Credentials: Name, phone number, email address, profile picture, and encrypted password hashes.
- •Business Directory: Registered shop details, uploaded logo, gallery photos, and business phone contacts.
- •Marketplace Items: Product titles, descriptions, price tags, photos, and seller inquiries.
- •Essential Submissions: Crowdsourced schools, hospitals, landmarks, and route information.
- •Device & Preferences: FCM push notification tokens, active WebSocket sessions, and saved weather locations.
Data Retained & Retention Limits
- •Security & Audit Logs: Anonymized server logs (IP address, endpoint timestamps) retained for up to 30 days to prevent fraud and satisfy legal compliance, after which they are permanently scrubbed.
- •Aggregated Telemetry: Non-personally-identifiable system totals (e.g., aggregate app page view counts stripped of all user IDs).
- •Processing Timeline: Database credentials & public listings are removed immediately. Database backups and cache purges complete within 24 to 48 hours.
Web Account & Data Deletion Form
Submit an online request if you cannot access the Rehbar mobile app. Our administration team will verify and process your request within 24-48 hours.
