Welcome to Rehbar. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Rehbar team regarding your use of our mobile application and related services.
By accessing or using Rehbar, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.
2. Use of Service
Rehbar is a community-driven platform providing localized information, including but not limited to:
- Real-time prayer times, Qibla direction, and Azaan notifications
- Localized weather updates and saved city monitoring
- Local business directory registration and discovery
- Peer-to-peer Marketplace listings and direct inquiries
3. User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. App Features & Submissions
Users are permitted to submit information to be added to the directory. All user submissions are subject to review and approval by Rehbar Administrators.
We reserve the right to remove or edit any content that violates community guidelines, provides false information, or is deemed inappropriate by our team.
5. Marketplace & Directory Rules
Authentic Submissions: All business profiles, marketplace items, and place listings must contain accurate photos, titles, and descriptions. Fraudulent or counterfeit listings are strictly prohibited.
Content Moderation & Self-Service Deletion: Rehbar reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove listings that violate policies. Users may manage or delete their listings and account anytime at rehbarapp.com/delete-account.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rehbar provides localized data (prayer times, weather, directory info) for informational purposes only. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided. Use of the service is at your own risk.
7. Privacy & Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data. By using Rehbar, you consent to the data practices described in our privacy policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Rehbar after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
